When I moved to Provence ☀️ for my third job, it was love at first sight 🥰 . I fell in love with the French Riviera sunshine foods, and I started cooking by myself 🥰. Well to be honest...I also had no one to cook for me anymore after I left my family's cozy nest.

In the past 12 years, I've been able to make an impact in the world, in my business and my life.

In the past 8 years, I have helped thousands of people to eat better and create a fulfilled personal life.

I have the freedom to eat the food I prepare myself joyfully and confidently, while growing my business, and raising a happy & healthy daughter.

I have to tell you, though, it wasn't always this way...

When I first started cooking, I was learning it the old way, asking people around me and buying cookbooks, it was exciting but I was still confused.

Twelve years ago, as I was stepping into motherhood and entrepreneurship, a brutal back injury paralysed me, and separated me from my baby girl Linda and my dreams for a very long, unbearable 6 months.

I had to stop breastfeeding her urgently because of the strong pain relief medicine, and send her away every day to a nanny, so I could rest my back and heal.

I went from the joy, love and excitement of becoming a new mother, to the worst time of my life, overnight...

That time, I made a promise that I would never let her down again. I would run a successful company and give her the best in any area, starting with the delicious self-made food that I grew up with, and that she deserved too.
